Mary Jo is a Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing for more than 20 years in Primary Care, Functional Medicine and College Health. Woven within her practice, she includes holistic medicine and complementary therapies. She is certified in Reiki, IET and Moonology. She has noticed over her many years in practice that, at the core of many health issues, are blocked energies at the emotional and spiritual level which contribute to physical and mental health ailments. Her experience in her practice has demonstrated there is no one way to optimize one’s health and energy healing can be a powerful therapeutic tool.
