Meets Friday evenings and Saturday & Sunday from 8am-5pm both days, each with an hour lunch break. End times may slightly vary each weekend.

Payment & Refund Policy

A payment plan may be started with a non-refundable deposit of $500 to secure your spot in the training. This deposit reflects our commitment to holding your place and the preparation involved in offering this program.

All other tuition payments are non-refundable once the training begins. If you withdraw more than 14 days before the start date, you may receive a refund of tuition paid minus the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued after the training has commenced, regardless of participation.

In the event that Body of Light Yoga School or The Studio must cancel the training, all payments — including deposits — will be fully refunded.
